Using the Suggested Content Pane

Suggested content (Knowledgebase Answers, videos, and/or links) will be generated in the right-side pane based on the most recent user response. Suggested content will not populate in this section until the user has actually submitted the question.

  • Click the “+” button to automatically generate suggestion in the text field of your conversation, edit the content as desired, and then hit “Send” to send to user.

  • Suggestions will disappear as soon as the agent responds to the user.
