Using the Suggested Content Pane
Suggested content (Knowledgebase Answers, videos, and/or links) will be generated in the right-side pane based on the most recent user response. Suggested content will not populate in this section until the user has actually submitted the question.
Click the “+” button to automatically generate suggestion in the text field of your conversation, edit the content as desired, and then hit “Send” to send to user.
Suggestions will disappear as soon as the agent responds to the user.
