Due to the proprietary status of Ocelot's General Library knowledge base, we are unable to export it into a separate file; however, we can add additional users to your Admin as desired to help navigate the knowledge base. With proper internal organization, the built-in filters will allow you to accomplish the same tasks needed through the context of a spreadsheet.
Clients can download a CSV file of their custom questions from the Admin module.
