On the Chatbot Look & Feel page in the admin, clients with Administrator-level access can configure their own preferences for the following areas:

  • Button Settings: the position and button style of the chatbot
  • Launcher Settings: the text used for the display of the chatbot button and the callout text of the chatbot button
  • Welcome Messagethe text used at the top of the open chatbot window 


Clients must contact their Client Success Manager to make changes to the chatbot launcher color or font color.
