Color customization is not yet a self-serve item and you will need to either open a ticket with the details of your update request, or contact your Client Success Manager. While text color is not customizable, the colors of the header area (primary color), trim (secondary color), and linked text is able to be adjusted.
What chatbot launcher customizations ARE self-serve?
Administrator-level users are able to configure the following areas through the Look & Feel page in the Chatbot section of the admin system:
- Button Settings: the position and button style of the chatbot
- Launcher Settings: the text used for the display of the chatbot button and the callout text of the chatbot button
- Welcome Message: the text used at the top of the open chatbot window
