Messages from a 1:1 Text/unsolicited message or a Campaign will appear in your inbox based on your office permissions.
You will receive all messages that are associated with the office you are associated with AND the Campaign or reusable phone number is assigned to that office.
There are two ways to assign a Campaign to your inbox:
1. You may add Campaigns to your inbox by selecting the Campaign on Manage Subscriptions through the Inbox tab.
2. While creating a Campaign, you can subscribe to the Campaign at that time using the "Inboxes" field.
1:1 Texts/unsolicited messages are assigned to an agent's inbox based on the unsolicited message settings when setting up a reusable phone number.
