The icon indicates that the question was the result of an end-user clicking on the Explore bar and selecting a question under the Suggestions tab.
For example, if an end-user asks the chatbot, What is the FAFSA?, on the Explore bar, 7 additional questions the end-user may also want to ask the chatbot appear as additional suggestions.
If an end-user clicks on the Suggestions tab, they will be presented with additional questions that might be related to the question they just asked.
If the end-user selects a suggested question, such as What will I need to fill out the FAFSA?, they will see the question and response as if they had asked the question themselves.
On the Interactions page in Client Admin, the Explore feature cone will appear next to the interaction.
