Ocelot is prepared to make necessary content updates to our general library chatbot knowledge base and video portal library. For example, the Student Aid Index (SAI) will replace Expected Family Contribution (EFC).
The Ocelot® Compliance and Content Review Committee monitors information from the Department of Education and Federal Student Aid on a weekly basis. The committee reviews the Ocelot chatbot knowledge base and video content on an ongoing basis and makes changes to content as applicable.
