Office options are displayed when the end user is selecting an office for contact information for an office, engaging in a live chat conversation, or if the chatbot encounters an I don't know.
- If there are more than 7 options, a View more button will be presented.
- When the end user selects the View more button, another 7 options will display.
- The View more button will display until all options have been presented.
- If at any point there is only 1 more option available the option will automatically display.
Offices are displayed in the order they are set up by Ocelot staff. If you would like the order changed, please submit a support ticket to request the change.
