The webhook fields can be found on the editing page when either creating a new custom question or editing an existing question. These webhooks are used when integrating the chatbot with your campus Student Information System (SIS) to provide personalized responses.
Ocelot can integrate with Peoplesoft Campus Solutions, Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Anthology Student. Other SIS integrations will be available in the future.
