When a school requests to end the LibAnswers integration, they can do this by going to the "Integrations" menu, then "Application" menu. In the LibAnswers setup, the school can select "Disable". This will stop the chatbot providing LibAnswer links in the chatbot response window. Please contact your Client Success Manager, too, to ensure the LibAnswers integration is no longer included in your contract.
