How does the Ocelot - LibAnswers (KB Scanner) connector work?
Ocelot's LibAnswers (KB Scanner) connector scans the LibAnswers knowledge base and then pulls the relevant information into the virtual assistant, which is then used as web links within a virtual assistant response. The virtual assistant will reply with answers from both the Ocelot knowledgebase and also from LIbAnswers.
