Zoom is a third-party video communications software that is used for video conferences and meetings.
How does Ocelot-Zoom Connector Work?
The Zoom connector enables a live agent to start a Zoom call with a live participant from within the live assistant. Once the connector is enabled, simply select the blue Zoom button to create the Zoom call and send the details a live participant.
