Ocelot Logo

During the implementation process, Ocelot requests an avatar and a logo from your institution.

The logo can be sent to support@ocelotbot.com

File requirements:

20 MB limit
Allowed types: png gif jpg jpeg
Images larger than 1024x1024 pixels will be resized

The logo is used in your GetAnswers/video portal.

Note: If we have requested an avatar for the chatbot the graphic is used in your chatbot callout bubble on your webpage.

File requirements:

File Size: Maximum of 20 MB (smaller sizes preferred).
Allowed File Types: JPEG
Image Dimensions:
Standard Size: 512x512 pixels.
Minimum Size: 300x300 pixels. (assumption)
Larger Size: Up to 1024x1024 pixels
Background:
Preferred: Image should be on a solid white background, not transparent, if you prefer a white background.
White Space and Margins:
White Space: Include at least a 10-20% margin of clear space around the logo to prevent cropping and ensure visibility in different formats.Padding: Ensure there is adequate padding so no part of the logo touches the edges of the image.
