During the implementation process, Ocelot requests an avatar and a logo from your institution.
The logo can be sent to support@ocelotbot.com
File requirements:
- 20 MB limit
- Allowed types: png gif jpg jpeg
- Images larger than 1024x1024 pixels will be resized
The logo is used in your GetAnswers/video portal.
Note: If we have requested an avatar for the chatbot the graphic is used in your chatbot callout bubble on your webpage.File requirements:

- Images larger than 1024x1024 pixels will be resized and must be square.
- Image should be on solid background, not transparent.
