Virtual Assistant

New Features

  • Document Knowledge Sources for Automatic Content Generation: a powerful new feature that allows you to upload your own documents for use in Ocelot's Automatic Content Generation! Now, you can provide additional sources of information for the AI to reference when generating responses, beyond just web content.

  • Automatic Content Generation Parameters: each office can now select specific knowledge sources—including both web-based sources and uploaded documents—that the virtual assistant references when generating responses. Additionally, customize your virtual assistant’s genAI responses with new controls for verbosity (shorter or longer answers) and creativity (confidence level) based on your office's needs.

  • Inquiry Initiation: Admins can now choose when to present the inquiry form—either at the start of a virtual assistant conversation or just before connecting to a live agent.

Enhancements

  • Improved transparency by displaying connector/integrated questions in transcripts and interactions, allowing partners to see the questions asked while keeping responses redacted for privacy. Previously, both the question and response were redacted, limiting visibility into user inquiries.

Video Portal

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue that caused an error to display in the video portal admin, preventing partners from reviewing new content

Two-Way Messaging

Bug Fixes

  • Addressed an issue where Y/N Campaigns were responding "I'm not sure how to respond to that" to Opt-Out response "Stop" in the activity tab
