- Live Assistant Configurable Timeout feature: allows users with Live Assistant - Admin permissions to configure the length of time a live agent must be inactive before automatically timing out.
- Implemented a solution to minimize Automatic Content Generation hallucinations caused from prompts using school name acronyms
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue that caused spiders to not complete.
- Resolved an issue preventing a client admin user from collapsing explore bar suggestions in virtual assistant transcripts and interactions
