Virtual Assistant (Chatbot)
Enhancements
- Export Virtual Assistant Analytics feature: Implemented export functionality on the following pages in the client admin: Virtual Assistant (Chatbot) Analytics, User Feedback Analytics, Analytics for individual questions. Custom question export now offers the option to include analytics for each question. Implemented General Library export with analytics for the top 25 questions.
- Spider migration: Removed all legacy spiders and activated preconfigured self-service spider if there were none active in the virtual assistant.
Two-Way Messaging (Texting)
Enhancement
- Added clarifying informational icons to campaign analytics.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue that caused spiders to not display in the client admin.
- Resolved an issue that caused spiders to scrape more than 24 hours.
- Resolved an issue that caused an error when attempting to view spider content.
- Resolved an issue in the Two-Way Messaging communication channel that caused drop-down menus to list agent names multiple times.
