How does the Ocelot - LibAnswers (KB Scanner) Integration work?
Ocelot's LibAnswers (KB Scanner) integration scans the LibAnswers knowledge base and then pulls the relevant information into the chatbot, which is then used as web links within a chatbot response. The Ocelot bot will reply with answers from both the Ocelot knowledgebase and also from LIbAnswers.
