Filtering Reports
All reports will allow you to filter by a date range:
There are 4 different reports that are updated in real-time and available for you 24/7 to get the latest video usage data.
Video Statistics
- This report lists how many times each video in your GetAnswers portal was watched during the time frame specified.
Video Log
- This report lists each video viewed, including date/time stamp, IP address, and web browser information.
Video Statistics by View Type
- This report returns information about how students are accessing your videos during the time frame specified.
Search and Browse
- This report will return results related to audience segment breakdown, keyword search results, and browsing categories utilized during the time specified.
View Sources referenced in On-Demand Reports:
- Standard Portal View - views of videos within the FATV video portal.
- Embedded View - views of videos (not playlists) embedded on a live page utilizing an individual Embed Video embed code.
- Embedded Portal Views -
- views of videos from a selected playlist embedded on a live page utilizing an Embed Playlist embed code
- views of videos when the video portal is embedded on a live page utilizing the Embed Portal embed code.
