Navigating the GetAnswers Admin Portal

The self-serve admin system is where you can access embed code and reports.

  • Visit/bookmark: https://admin.ocelotbot.com 

  • Log-in

    • Username: your email address

    • Password information is sent via email

    • If you do not have an account, contact either your school’s point person (if applicable) or your Client Success Manager



Assistance with the access and/or log-in features:


Avoid using Internet Explorer (IE) to access the Admin System. IE is no longer supported by Microsoft (due to transitioning to the new “Edge” browser) and may result in errors.


Once in the admin system, Select the blue Return to Product Admin button in order to go to the admin homepage.




If you have the chatbot, you will be directed to the chatbot homepage.


To navigate to the GetAnswers (Video Portal) Admin, select your school name and then the computer icon, and then your school name again. 

There are 4 main sections in the admin, all accessible through the Navigation Pane:

  1. Homepage
  2. Embed
  3. On-Demand Reports
  4. Monthly Reports
