What are Live Assistant Contract Limits?
The Live Assistant Contract Limits page tracks the number of licensed agents compared to what is in your contract.
Who has access to the Live Assistant Contract Limits page?
The Live Assistant Contract Limits page is available to individuals with the following permissions:

How do I access the Live Assistant Contract Limits page?
On the navigation page, under Quotas & Account, select Contract Limits.
The sections on the left are related to Live Assistant.
Live Assistant
- This chart shows how many Live Assistant agent licenses are used and how many remain.
Licensed Agents by Campus/Office
- The chart below shows how the agents are assigned in two different views.
To toggle between the two charts, select the dropdown arrow in the top right-hand corner of the chart.- Licensed Agents by Campus/Office - This chart shows how many agents are assigned by office. If you select the dropdown arrow next to the office, a list of all agents assigned to that office and their roles will be displayed.
- Licensed Agents - This chart displays a list of all agents and their roles.
