Campaign


Information about Contract Quotas


Campaign users are now provided with information about contract quotas. This feature is accessible through the Analytics tab in the client admin and has the following information: 


  • Number of unique contacts targeted using campaigns
  • Number of total active provisioned phone numbers


Clients will be provided a notification if the contract quota has been exceeded; however, this notification is for informational purposes only. Clients can continue to use the service and access will not be altered.

Scheduling a Campaign


Clients may now create a campaign and then schedule it to launch on a future date and time. The campaign will automatically launch on the date and time scheduled by the client. 



Live Chat


Information about Contract Quotas


Live Chat clients are now provided with information about the number of licensed Live Chat agents. This feature is accessible through the Analytics tab in the client admin and has the following information: 


  • Licensed agents per campus and office


Clients will be provided a notification if the contract quota has been exceeded for the number of Live Chat agents; however, this notification is for informational purposes only. Clients can continue to use the service and access will not be altered.
