Monitor Campaign progress in real time

Campaign users can now see Campaign progress in real time as it moves through the queue. This feature is accessible through the Analytics tab of an individual Campaign, and has the following information:

  • Total number of contacts in original contact list is reported for reference
  • Graphic breaks out successfully delivered, pending, and failed by color
  • Hover over graphic for totals within each category

UI changes to Campaign analytics 

The Campaign user interface has also been updated to help organize and display new information. This includes:


  • Graphics for progress
  • Charts for messages and campaign activity over time
  • Sort and filter features to help clients see only the information that is important to them

Easily locate messages in active Campaigns

Campaign users will now be able to sort messages by those with newest activity first, and search by name or number feature. We have also fixed scrolling issues in the viewer.
