Enhanced Licensed Agents Reporting

This enhancement offers additional granularity in the “Licensed Agents” section of the “Contract Limits” Page to better support the client’s self-service management of used and available Live Chat agent licenses.

Previously, agent totals were provided at the campus/office level and it made it impossible for the client to view which specific agents are utilizing licenses. 

To streamline and facilitate access to granular agent licensing information, clients can now view agent license usage with an enhanced “by campus/office” view and an additional aggregate “licensed agents” view.
