Virtual Assistant Avatar Requirements
During the implementation process, Ocelot requests an avatar and a logo from your institution.

File Size: Maximum of 20 MB (smaller sizes preferred).
Allowed File Types: JPEG
Image Dimensions:
Standard Size: 512x512 pixels.
Minimum Size: 300x300 pixels. (assumption)
Larger Size: Up to 1024x1024 pixels
Background:
Preferred: Image should be on a solid white background, not transparent, if you prefer a white background.
White Space and Margins:
White Space: Include at least a 10-20% margin of clear space around the logo to prevent cropping and ensure visibility in different formats.
Padding: Ensure there is adequate padding so no part of the logo touches the edges of the image.
The avatar is the graphic used in your virtual assistant callout bubble on your webpage. 
Note: If we have requested a logo for your GetAnswers/video portal, the logo is used to help brand the video portal to your school. File requirements:
- 20 MB limit
- Allowed types: png gif jpg jpeg
Images larger than 1024x1024 pixels will be resized
