During the implementation process, Ocelot requests an avatar and a logo from your institution.
The avatar can be sent to support@ocelotbot.com
File requirements:
- 20 MB limit
- Allowed type: jpeg
- Images larger than 1024x1024 pixels will be resized and must be square.
- Image should be on a solid white background, not transparent, if you prefer a white background.
The avatar is the graphic used in your chatbot callout bubble on your webpage. 
Note: If we have requested a logo for your GetAnswers/video portal, the logo is used to help brand the video portal to your school. File requirements:
- 20 MB limit
- Allowed types: png gif jpg jpeg
Images larger than 1024x1024 pixels will be resized
