The General Library question field is unable to be edited for the question to work properly within the AI.

Log out with timeout configuration for authenticated chatbot
Users who log in to the chatbot for authenticated live chat or integrated responses can log out of the chatbot. Chatbot administrators can set the timeout configuration.
