Below are some ideas on how to announce your virtual assistant on campus!

Create a dedicated landing page

This is an excellent place to share more details about the virtual assistant and guide users on how to ask effective questions! Embed the How to Effectively Use the Virtual Assistant video (available in your GetAnswers Video Portal) on your dedicated landing page to provide valuable tips for using the tool effectively.

Here are a couple of examples to inspire you as you create your own landing page:


Update the welcome message 

Update the welcome message to let students know which offices the virtual assistant supports. Be sure to include a link to the How to Effectively Use the Virtual Assistant video located in your Video Portal.



Enable the callout bubble

Enable the callout bubble to grab users' attention and boost Virtual Assistant usage. Research shows that the callout bubble significantly increases engagement, and you can customize the text to suit your needs. Utilize email templates
