Virtual Assistant responses are supplemented by additional information in the Explore Bar. These supplemental items can be suggestions for other virtual assistant questions, videos, or links.
The Explore Bar provides additional content in the following three categories:

Suggestions display additional questions from the virtual assistant's knowledge base that may provide helpful answers.
Videos
Suggested videos are pulled from Ocelot's video portal.
Links
The suggested links are based upon AI keywords and display the top matches from the school's matching web pages. Web pages are pulled from web knowledge sources. 
Note: In that documents uploaded as PDF Document Knowledge Sources are private documents, they will not appear under Links in the Explore Bar.
If it is the intention to make the document accessible under Links, the document should be incorporated on a web page and the URL included in a web knowledge source.
