Ocelot Support

Chatbot responses are supplemented by additional information in the Explore Bar. These supplemental items can be suggestions for other chatbot questions, videos, or links. 

The Explore Bar provides additional content in the following three categories:

• Suggestions
• Videos
• Links 
  
  

Note: The content within these three sections can not edited/configured.

Suggestions

Suggestions display additional questions from the chatbot's knowledge base that may provide helpful answers.

Videos

Suggested videos are pulled from Ocelot's video portal.

Links 

The suggested links are based upon AI keywords and display the top 4 matches from the school's matching web pages.  Web pages are pulled from spiders.
