Implementation

1:1 Texting

1:1 Texting allows you to text individual recipients.

• Review the Creating a 1:1 Text article to see how easy it is to start texting directly with individual users.

Campaigns

Campaigns allow you to send personalized texts to groups of recipients.

• Review our Texting Best Practices and then follow these steps to create a Campaign:
  1. Create a contact list
  2. Create a reusable number
  3. Create your new Campaign 
• Managing your Campaign
  • Inboxes (a central place to manage conversations)
    • There are a few differences for Managing a Yes/No Campaign
  • Analytics (usage, engagement rate, etc.)
  • Opt-Outs (recipients who have opted out of future texts)
  • Transcripts (complete historical records of all campaign/texting conversations)
