Ocelot’s Two-Way Messaging tool utilizes both 1:1 messaging and campaigns that fully integrate into the platform and works alongside the Virtual Assistant. 


Two-Way Messaging allows administrators to run proactive messaging campaigns for students. This functionality is often used to guide students to a specific outcome. Similar to the Virtual Assistant, Ocelot AI can power messages over SMS or text, which makes our knowledge base accessible through Two-Way Messaging. Additionally, Two-Way Messaging comes with a vast array of Ocelot Campaign Templates to help schools get started and have built-in analytics that gives administrators valuable insight into student campaigns.


1:1 Two-Way Messaging allows agents to send one-off messages that do not need to be a part of a larger campaign.
