Multibot Live Assistant Conversation Management Overview
Ocelot® Live Assistant conversation management within the Scalable Communications Framework enables live assistant agents to manage conversations from multiple virtual assistants in one location.
Live assistant agents in one virtual assistant can manage live conversations on behalf of another virtual assistant, allowing for effective and streamlined conversation management at scale.
Live assistant agents from within a parent virtual assistant can have conversations from child virtual assistants routed to them. This way, live assistant can be managed from a single consolidated location. Agents must have live assistant permissions in both the parent and child virtual assistants to view and participate in live conversations. Conversations can be transferred between agents if they are logged into the parent virtual assistant or child virtual assistant where the conversation originated.
