Multibot Live Assistant User Permissions

Live Assistant agents must have live assistant permissions for the parent virtual assistant and any child virtual assistants they need to actively view and participate.

Permission roles will be respected for both parent and child virtual assistants.

Example: If a user is given the Live Assistant - Standard role, they have the Live Assistant - Standard role for both parent and child virtual assistants.

Office permissions are assigned at the virtual assistant level. A user may have different live assistant office permissions defined for each virtual assistant they are associated with.

Example: A live assistant Agent could be assigned to the Financial Aid Office for child virtual assistant A and the Registrar's Office for child virtual assistant B. The live assistant agent will only be able to view and participate in live assistant conversations dependent on the office permissions of the virtual assistant the live assistant agent is assigned.
