Ocelot SMS Interactions, Chatbot IDK Forms, and Inquiry Forms responses appear in Slate on the Dashboard and Timeline tabs.
- On the Dashboard tab, Ocelot interactions appear under the Interactions section.
- On the Timeline tab, SMS Interactions and Chatbot IDK forms appear under the monthly graph.
- Select SMS Message to view the inbound or outbound interaction.
- Select Chatbot Interaction to view a Chatbot IDK Intake Form.
- The entire Chatbot conversation will show in the Private Comments section, including the IDK intake form at the bottom.

- Select Chatbot Interaction - Inquiry Form to view an inquiry form response.
- Select SMS Message to view the inbound or outbound interaction.
