“Sticky” Chatbot Transcripts Read Column (NEW)
Chatbot Transcripts “read” column is now consistently visible like the other columns. The column header and “read/unread” button/indicator remain present on the screen; users no longer have to hover over the column to view the read status. Functionality remains the same: users can click the read button to change the status to unread and vise versa.
Search Campaign Transcripts by Name and Phone Number (NEW)
Campaign transcripts can be searched by name or phone number so that users do not have to scroll through the transcripts to find conversations with a specific phone number or contact name.
