If Inquiry Form office setting points to Default/No office, then display the Inquiry Form status and settings on the behavior settings preview screen
An additional field has been added to the Behavior Settings preview page that displays the status of the Inquiry Form configuration. To view this new field go to Chatbot > Behavior Settings. Under the Default/No Office tab the new field is listed at the bottom of the section as Inquiry Form Status. There are two options for the form status; on and off. This field can be changed by clicking the edit button. Under the Office tab, the Inquiry Form Status field can also be edited for an individual office. When selecting a status for an individual office there will be three options; On, Off, or Default/No Office. If Default/No Office is selected then the Inquiry Form Status for that office will default to whichever status is selected under the Default/No Office tab.
