Display Categories on the Custom Questions View screen

The “View” screen now displays the category associated with the custom knowledgebase question.


Ability to point Inquiry Form settings back to Default/No Office setting

The Inquiry Form setting at the office level now has three options: “On”, “Off”, and “Default/No Office”. This allows offices to reference setting the Default/No Office level. In the past, once an office had made any change to the Inquiry Form setting, there was no way to change the setting back to reference the setting at the Default/No Office level. 


If the Inquiry Form setting has never been configured, the default setting is “Default/No Office”.
