Reference name from existing contact for 1:1 Texts
1:1 Texts now display the Contact Name, if the contact was included in a previously launched campaign. The Contact Name displayed is based on the most recently launched campaign.
If the contact wasn't included in a previously launched campaign, the Contact Name field will display the contact's phone number only.
“Conversation Mode” column and filter on Texting Transcripts Page
There is now a Conversation Mode column on the Texting Transcripts page. Conversation mode describes the type of transcript [i.e., 1:1 Text (Agent), 1:1 Text (Bot), Campaign (Agent), Campaign (Bot)].
The conversation mode displayed in the column is the most recent mode for the conversation. A filter has been added for Conversation Mode on the Texting Transcripts page.
