If an SMS message is sent to relationships associated with the student, SMS messages will only appear in Slate for Linked Records.
For example, using the example below, an SMS message is sent via Ocelot's Texting tool to the student (Anne), the father (Don), and the Mother Frances. The SMS message will show in slate only for the student (Anne) and the Father (Don). There will not be a record of the SMS message for the mother (Frances), because her record is not linked.
For linked records, SMS Messages will show on their Dashboard and Timeline tabs.
On the Dashboard tab, the SMS messages will appear under the Interactions section.
On the Timeline tab, you can also view the SMS Messages.
To view the interaction, click on SMS Message.
