Remove And Replace "Default" IDK Type With "Custom Response" Type in General Settings of Texting Campaign Creation

In the creating a campaign general settings tab, the IDK Type "Default" has been changed to "Custom Response". This allows you to either continue to escalate a IDK to an agent or to give a custom response to the texting participant if they encounter an IDK through a bot-back campaign.

A contact reset date field has been added to the Contract Limits page

This enhancement provides clarity for administrative users to find their contact reset date. The reset date is populated by the annual contract date. The Reset Date is located under the Unique Contacts number on the Contract Limits page. The reset date can help administrative users plan for the following year.
