The Integrated category represents responses where the chatbot user successfully authenticated and was presented with a personalized response.

This feature allows you the ability to use a reusable phone number in a campaign that is already in use in a different campaign. Additionally, multiple campaigns can be scheduled at once using the same phone number that students are, or will become familiar with.
