Sharing Clarifying Questions

Questions in the clarifying questions library cannot be shared between chatbots. 

When a parent bot shares a knowledge base question that has clarifying questions/custom responses, the knowledge base question in the child bot includes the clarifying question(s) and custom responses, but the clarifying questions are not added to the child’s clarifying questions library.
