Update Read Column on Live Chat Transcripts pages

The Read column now always displays instead of having to hover over it to display it. Also, the read status was replaced with a check mark button.

Downloadable CSV of failed contact list records

When a contact list is imported, the user can download a CSV file of failed records that includes a column for errors so the user can resolve/fix the errors and batch upload/add those records to the contact list. 


Improve Campaign UX when switching from bot to agent

When a texting conversation switches from bot-backed to “needs attention”, a message is automatically sent to the student to let them know that the conversation is switching to a live agent. The message is: “I'm not sure how to respond to that. I'll ask my human counterpart to respond to you. One moment please.” The message is not sent in Yes/No Campaigns for initial responses with yes, no, or opt-out intent but it is sent for initial responses with “other” intent.

Reusable number displays in Inbox>convo details

When a conversation is currently unsolicited, the Inbox conversations panel displays the reusable phone number being used where the name of the campaign normally displays.
