Display timestamp for system messages
System messages, such as user offline and queue messages, will show a timestamp in the live chat transcript.
Acknowledgment of live chat messages within the Admin Portal
Within a live chat conversation and in the transcript, either a double-checkmark (delivered) or a red exclamation mark (failed) symbol will appear next to the interaction sent by a live chat agent.
